Hangar Development

The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority leases land for hangar development. Lease agreements have a 20-year term, after which the hangar reverts to the Airport Authority. The tenant will then have first right of refusal to rent the hangar back at fair market value as set by an independent appraiser.
