MEMPHIS, TN – The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA) has selected Terry Blue as its new Vice President of Operations. Blue replaces John Greaud, who retired from MSCAA after 25 years in January 2015.

He is an Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) by the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), and is also an AAAE Airport Certified Employee (A.C.E.) in both Operations and Security. Blue is the Past President and a current board member of the Wisconsin Airport Management Association (WAMA).
Blue received a Master of Public Administration Degree from the University of Illinois Springfield and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois Springfield. He is a licensed private pilot.
He will join MSCAA on April 27.
“I am excited to add Terry to the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority management team,” said Scott Brockman, MSCAA President and CEO. “During this process we interviewed a number of internal and external candidates, each of whom brought a unique combination of experience and qualifications. In the end, the combination of Terry’s breadth of leadership skills, industry experience, and personality made him the best candidate for this position.”
