Event draws local, minority-owned & women-owned businesses
Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA) is hosting its 2019 Business Diversity Development Summit this week. The event, which began April 23 and concludes April 25, is geared to increasing partnerships with local, minority-owned and women-owned businesses.
Spring break travelers helped drive significant passenger growth at Memphis International Airport (MEM) in March 2019, with traffic increasing by 9.1% compared to March 2018.
As part of its largest-ever expansion in Memphis, Southern Airways Express has announced that it will launch nonstop service between Memphis International Airport (MEM) and South Arkansas Regional Airport (ELD) in El Dorado, Arkansas starting May 2. The airline also announced that it will increase the number of daily flights between MEM and Nashville International Airport (BNA) to four, beginning May 2.
